EXHIBITION OF PHOTOGRAPHY 2012
The Official opening of the 57th Exhibition will be on Saturday 7th January 2012 at Durban House Heritage Centre, Mansfield Road, Eastwood, Nottinghamshire NG16 3DZ at 2.00pm.
The presentation of awards followed by the premier showing of Projected images will take place at approx 2.30pm at Eastwood Comprehensive School Hall, also on Mansfield Road.
Prints will be on display for four weeks at Durban House from Saturday 7th January until Saturday 4th February 2012 Opening times: 10:00am to 4:00pm Daily, except Mondays.
Snacks will be available in the Bistro at Durban House. Some exhibits may be displayed in ground floor rooms and on occasion will be inaccessible when meetings take place. Telephone 01773 717353 to check
There was a high number of entries exceeding 2700 images from 307 authors.

Awards
Congratulations to Rolls-Royce (Derby) Photographic Society on winning all three club awards, the Hiscox Trophy for Monochrome Prints, the Chesterfield Trophy for Colour Prints and the Derwent Trophy for projected images.
The Bolsover trophy for best monochrome print goes to Eileen Murray, Worksop & District Photographic Society
Best colour print, Dave Lavash, Newark & District Photographic Society.
Best Natural History print goes to Bill Hall, and Best Individual panel to Chris Forster, both Rolls-Royce (Derby) Photographic Society.
In Projected images Bill Hall has best Monochrome, Jim Edmondson, Bakewell Photographic Group, takes the colour award, also winning the Henson Shield for best projected image and Steve Shaw, Rolls-Royce (Derby) Photographic Society Natural History.
Congratulations to all other award winners, everyone who gained acceptances and thank you everyone for entering.
